What company sells whole tea leaves?

I don’t mean in a bag, I mean complete, whole leaves; like the kind used for fortune telling and such.

Many, many companies do; the easiest to find in a US supermarket is probably Twinings. They sell loose tea in tins rather than cardboard boxes and it will be marked by weight (100g/3.53 oz) rather than number of bags. Don’t get the Lipton loose-leaf (that’s the usual term) tea for fortune telling; it’s a CTC tea made up of shredded leaf pieces.

A specialty/organic grocery store will usually carry bulk teas; you can look at the leaves first and only buy as many as you want.

Asian markets will carry loose-leaf tea as well; look for a box marked by weight not teabag count.

Obviously any tea rooms, tea stores, and many coffee shops also sell loose-leaf tea. The higher-quality the coffee shop the more likely it is to offer loose-leaf tea.

And once you get hooked on the taste there’s the big wide Internet.
