Is Tazo “Zen” green tea real green tea? Will it make me thin like asian people who drink it all the time?
tazo zen tea is a green tea blend with lemon and other herbs in it. I believe. I’d have to check for sure.
it won’t make you skinny. ONly exercise and a good diet will make you slimmer.

I initially tried out hibiscus tea in a health spa in japan and fell for the taste. When I read about medical benefits, I was extremely encouraged to purchase some. Couldn’t find it at all in any local shops but purchased on the net. I have been consuming about three or more cups each day (cold) for around 15 days at present and also most recent blood pressure reading was the ideal it’s been in Ages! I highly recommend.
