American History Question? The Tea Act?
I am doing a project and I was just wondering how the Tea Act effected the Southern Colonies. Any input will help. Thanks!
The Tea Act actually outraged Southern Colonies as much as the Northern ones. Not many people know this, but the colonists in Charleston had their own version of the Boston Tea Party. However, instead of just _dumping_ the tea, they turned around and sold it to get money for guns.
