is there any special way to make raspberry tea?

i bought so red raspberry leaf tea, and was wondering if there was a special way to make it or how many cups i can drink?

2 cups a day. Boil water, pour it over the tea packet in a cup, cover the top of the cup and let it steep for 10 minutes so you don’t lose all the valuable nutrients in the steam. You can add honey, sugar, milk, etc to get rid of the “earthy” taste.
