Prepare sugar syrup for the tapioca pearls (see below).
Prepare the tapioca pearls (see below)
Place the tapioca pearls in large glass jar
Allow the tea to cool to room temperature. Add milk.
Remember the wild bar scenes in the film Tom Cruise in Cocktail? Add the sugar syrup, milk and mix the tea and ice cubes in a shaker and shake well. (If it can be treated in a blender, but is not as fun!)
Pour the mixture stirred in a glass with the tapioca through a straw pearls.Serve thick.
To make the tapioca pearls: When making pearls tapioca, which are the main component of the bubble tea in Asia, note the pearls expand considerably when cooked. Please be sure to use a large pot. (In general, the more pearls cooked, the more water should be used is the ratio of water loss is greater. For 3 pounds of pearls, we recommend to use up to 6 times more water).
Boil water. Add pearls to boiling water and boil for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure the pearls are not sticking itself, or the pot. Turn off heat and let the pearls steep in water for 30 minutes with the lid of the pot into the fire.
The tapioca pearls drain and rinse with water cold to cool. Place them in sugar syrup (sugar and water solution – see below). Make sure the accounts are covered. Stir well pearls. The pearls are now ready to enjoy.
If you know Pearl milk tea, then let me tell you your prescription as well.
