what’s the difference between cold and hot brew tea?
Can i use hot brew tea bags to cold brew? what is the difference in the tea? what makes it cold or hot brew?
i know the difference between the temp of the two haha i mean what makes the tea in the cold brew tea bag different then the tea in the hot brew tea bag?
If you want to make a large quantity of cold brew iced tea, do it like this, use 1 oz. of tea, (I only use loose leaf) if you use tea bags, it’ll be about 8-10 bags, add it to one gallon of cold water, and refrigerate over night, allowing it to steep for 10-12 hours will give it a better flavor.
